Due the community response to COVID-19 and our club's desires to promote a safe environment for all of our guests, Alamo Squadron will be conducting ModelFiesta 40 differently that in past years. The biggest change is that this show will be primarily a vendor event with display tables set up for the non-competative display of finished plastic models. The two areas will be seperated with one-way traffic througout each. The vendor area will be arranged with each vendor set-up with their desired number of tables in an isolated "island", physically seperated from all other vendors.
The price of tables will be $40 per 8ft table...similar to past ModelFiestas.
Vendors will be required to pre-pay for their tables (check mailable to Alamo Squadron) as cash will not be handled the day of the show. Deadline to pay for tables will be Jan 31st, 2021
Vender table monies will be refunded if the show is cancelled due to COVID-19 health and safety regulations imposed by state or local government.
No materials or services may be sold (monetary transactions or material trade) on SAEC property (to inlcude vehicles in the parking lot) by any attendee unless from a paid vendor table.

Below is a notional layout of the San Anotnio Event Center. As the date of the show approaches ModelFiesta staff will set the table/floor plan for vendors in place and upload here. The final plan will be dependent upon the number of vendor tables sold.
